Verification process

If the request is made through an authorized agent, we may require further information to authenticate your identity prior to processing the request.
Upon receipt of your request, we will respond without undue delay, and in all instances, within forty-five (45) days. The response period may be extended once by an additional forty-five (45) days when reasonably warranted. We will notify you of any such extension within the initial 45-day response period, along with the rationale for the extension.
Right to Appeal
If we decline to take action on your request, we will communicate our decision and the reasoning behind it. Should you wish to appeal our decision, please contact us via email at mail@kronbergllc.com. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of the appeal, we will provide you with a written response detailing any actions taken or not taken in relation to the appeal, including a written explanation of the rationale for our decisions. If your appeal is denied, you have the right to contact the Attorney General to file a complaint.
